Free Shipping on Every Order
Every order ships free. There is no minimum purchase. In-stock gold jewelry ships by UPS.
Same-Day Handling
In-stock gold jewelry ordered by 4:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ships the same business day. Handling may be delayed during holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- In-stock orders over $500 ship by UPS Next Day Air and arrive the next business day after they ship.
- All other in-stock orders ship by UPS Next Day Air Saver and arrive the next business day after they ship.
UPS delivers these services Monday through Friday. Each gold product page shows your estimated delivery dates before you order.
Made-to-Order Engagement Rings and Custom Pieces
Our engagement rings are made for you after you order and ship in about 1–2 weeks (7–12 business days), free and insured. Same-day handling and next-day delivery apply to in-stock gold jewelry only. Each ring page shows its estimated delivery dates before you order. For a one-of-a-kind custom design, we confirm the timing with you before you order.
If an order includes both in-stock jewelry and a made-to-order ring, the in-stock pieces ship the same day and the ring ships separately when it is ready.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery Address
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.

We ship within the United States.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at connor.foster@hsfosterdiamonds.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with the carrier to put it right.
